After thinking long and hard about something, the time has come where I make a tough decision that will really help me with my physical area of life.
I’m going to exercise again mainly because I really not only want to get stronger to lift heavy equipment for being a DJ but also because I want to make sure that I stay fit, healthy, strong, fast, and even improve my life expectancy overall (As in how long I can live for).
This WILL be a very hard process yet again but it IS possible for me to do something that will make me a better person overall.
Hopefully I will be able to keep going, just like I did with my blog for the past few months.
If you guys have any suggestions, please let me know on how I can improve my physical life! I would love to hear what you guys think I should do!
Wish me luck as the quest continues!
The title is an alliteration since I used the letter B in all words…HA!
I’m really sorry you guys that I haven’t been posting AND not doing much on my current projects! I’ve been very busy with unpacking at the new house and that I’m needed to lift heavy things that we have. I AM living at the new house for sure but of course I may need to head back to the old house to get some other things I left there.
With that being said one day I WILL be able to blog like crazy when I get the chance too. It’s a matter of how busy I will get that’s what. I still need to start that journal that I was going to type up and make it a nonfiction book. Dang!
At least you’ve heard from me this time after some busy times I’ve been having!
More posts will come…I hope!
This is something I wanted to do for a very long time. Push ups and crunches to get into better shape. The only problem is that I haven’t had time to do that because of my move but that IS almost over finally!
If you’re wondering how many push ups and crunches I will do, it will be in a timespan of however many days with a certain grand total of reps. I’m thinking to start off this kind of thing is to set the grand total for push ups and crunches at 2,500 reps for each exercise. Hopefully I can do that many in a certain amount of time.
The way I will exercise is I will take a break every OTHER day so I can let my muscles recover from all the hard work and I will exercise every NIGHT, probably at around 9PM. I don’t know yet since I’m still determining that!
But anyhow I’m determined to get a better body while having all these other dreams I want to make reality. Some of my motivation came from the movers since some of them were extremely strong! As in they treated the heavy stuff like nothing!
I will also try to make a bajillion blog posts today because I have nothing better to do in life than to make posts.
Hopefully my audience will come as I gained another follower recently!

Here’s what I’m thinking these days.
Since I really need to workout again, I’m thinking about getting a set of adjustable hand weight bars with some weight plates to adjust them. BUT here’s the problem I’m starting to run into: What exercises will work best for me?
I might do some research on this because I really want to get in shape so I can not only impress myself and others but also so that way I can be strong enough to lift REALLY HEAVY stuff!
If you guys have any way that I can use to exercise, please let me know! Comment on this post if you know the BEST workout routine!

This is really getting on my nerves because every time I say that I’m going to exercise and when I do, it always fails on me not only because of lack of determination but also because I have the tendency of not doing much physically.
I do have a trampoline that happens to be a 10 footer. The only problem is that it’s broken currently, basically with the springs, so I can’t jump on it again until new ones have been applied.
I wonder what the easiest way is that would be out there to get me going towards exercising again. Would you guys know a way? I actually gained a few pounds which isn’t good! Grr!
Any advice would be very helpful! Also like this post for being the SIXTH post in one day from KDS! A new record!
