This is really getting on my nerves because every time I say that I’m going to exercise and when I do, it always fails on me not only because of lack of determination but also because I have the tendency of not doing much physically.
I do have a trampoline that happens to be a 10 footer. The only problem is that it’s broken currently, basically with the springs, so I can’t jump on it again until new ones have been applied.
I wonder what the easiest way is that would be out there to get me going towards exercising again. Would you guys know a way? I actually gained a few pounds which isn’t good! Grr!
